Some of them are by default like a marketplace, notes, photos and groups tool. But if you are interested to see the applications developed by the users, you need to select Browse More Applications that is at the top of the page.

This application is listed under Chat. This application enables your friends to send free text messages to your phone. You do not have the option of replying back but you can still be connected to your friends even if you are not on Facebook.
