Myth 3: Protein Rich Diets Are Enough for the Football Players Some football players and coaches give more emphasis on eating protein rich diets, which is good in fact. However, there is a problem. When you consume such diets, you will be actually consuming a good amount of fat along with protein, which is certainly not something you want.
