Lessons From The World Cup Football 2006
The world cup football 2006 is over, but it has left some memories and lessons for all. Soccer has always been a game of passion, but sometimes, passion is mixed with over excitement and players have to regret it later. Keeping in view the big events that took place in this world cup, we have concluded the following lessons for everybody. Never Blame Others for Your Own Mistakes In football, it is a very common practice among the players to blame other factors for their poor performance rather than accepting their own mistakes. This is what England did. They did not play well, but they never admitted the same. The English football players were blaming others for their own poor performance. If the English players had played the way they are known for, there would have been no reason why they should fail. The lesson we learn here is that we should always try to accept that we could not give your best and we are going to focus on to perform better the next time. We must have the courage to accept the failures and must have the guts to make inculcate the confidence that the next time we are going to succeed and will not repeat the same mistakes again. Do Not Retire Too Early From Life England, however, also left us with a fantastic lesson by winning the 2003 world rugby cup. This was the time when the entire world was criticizing the English team that their footballers are too old to play soccer, but the English team shut all mouths by winning the cup. This gives us the lesson that we should not retire from life too early. Likewise, in the 2006 world cup football, France did almost the same thing. The team comprised of old players, but they played the final match, and at one stage, they were about to win the world cup football title. Do Not Lose Temper The Argentinean referee set another great example. He was being accused by the soccer fans that he looks like Osama Bin Laden, who is doing the job of the referee match between the USA and Afghanistan. However, if we look back, we find that the Argentinean referee did a fantastic job, and it was because of his tremendous services that helped him being chosen to referee the final match of the world cup football 2006, between France and Italy. This way, we get a valuable lesson that we should not lose our temper for silly reasons. Insults should not be taken personally. Anger only brings destruction. So, be cool and keep giving your best for the job you are assigned.
